EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT
COMMENCEMENT DATE:
This is a Temporary full-time position beginning October 5, 2026 and ending June 25, 2027.
SALARY RANGE:
Probationary period (3 mos) $21.00/hour
Salary Grid: Step 1 $21.61/hour
Salary Grid: Step 2 $22.21/hour
Salary Grid: Step 3 $22.83/hour
Salary Grid: Step 4 $23.67/hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have a Grade XII standing. Preference will be given to candidates pursuing or completed post-secondary education in a human-services related area, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Education. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license.
HOURS OFWORK:
6.25 hours per day [Instructional Days only as per the Board’s Academic Calendar].
